Return Policy

BabyBeddingShop accepts returns or exchanges on most non-custom products. You must notify us within 3 days of the item having arrived that you are returning or exchanging it and we will issue you a return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in original, saleable condition.

 

You have 5 days from receiving the RMA to return your product to us. If you return an item after the 5 day time period, or without a RMA, or if we feel an item has been opened or used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

 

Returns or exchanges (unless damaged) must be returned to us at your shipping expense. If you return an item that was shipped to you with our Free Shipping program, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product minus the actual shipping charges. Take note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges that are not damaged.

 

We cannot accept returns or exhanges on custom bedding and other custom items, as they are made to order and are crafted specifically for you.
